By Spieker Promotions GRAND FORKS, N.D. (May 24, 2021) – Brad Seng kicked off his NLRA Late Model campaign last Friday night, as the series returned to the Sure Step I-94 Speedway in Fergus Falls, MN, finishing the night in the sixth position. Seng's season will continue this week as the series makes another return to the Grand Rapids Speedway, before returning to River Cities on Friday for the first weekly race in two weeks. On Friday night, the NLRA returned for the first time in nearly six years to the Sure Step I-94 Speedway in Fergus Falls, MN, where Seng improved from third to second in his heat race. Seng re-drew the seventh spot of the twenty-five lap main event. Seng started the main event in the fourth row of fifteen, as thirty of the thirty-one drivers that entered the race night started the feature. Seng ran low early, making early bids to move into the top five. Seng used a lap four restart to do just that, moving past Bryce Sward and Kevin Robertson to take fifth. With ten laps complete, Seng restarted sixth on another double-file restart, this time, falling back to eighth at the midway point of the race. The final caution with eleven circuits remaining saw Seng restart seventh once again. Seng moved past heat winner Ryan Corbett two laps later, and held onto the sixth spot for the duration of the run. This Thursday night, Seng will return to the Grand Rapids Speedway in Grand Rapids, MN, as the NLRA will return to the Itasca County speedplant for the first time in eleven years. Seng will also be part of the Premier Racing Series on Friday night, returning to the River Cities Speedway in Grand Forks. 2021 Stats: Races: 3 Wins: 0 Top Fives: 2 Top Tens: 3
